By April, I decided to try something new: collages. Already on my first day, I decided that to collages (or even simple cutouts) I wanted to still add drawings, a simple line, that would balance the existing detail. While a good collage requires careful thought about its assembly, it was an adventure: what is it I want to show today? Do I start from the image in my head or find the resemblance in the already existing magazines I have?
As I traveled to Rome, my way to daily drawings was paved by the free brochures from the churches, where I could always hide from the Roman rain. Prague was remembered with the flyers from the architecture faculty and a center of architecture. Moldova, however, showed that I lacked some fun papers at home, that brought me to disassembling my old calendar.
